Size Chart support

Effective date: 7 September 2026.

Operator: Benetti Corporation, a Texas C-Corporation
Support/privacy email: benettimedia@gmail.com
Mailing address: Benetti Corporation, 1401 Lavaca Street #40044, Austin, TX 78701, USA
Governing jurisdiction: Texas, USA

What support covers

Coverage is installation and theme-block setup, chart creation and editing, CSV preview/import/export, product and collection assignments, Shopify-managed plan access, deletion, and privacy/data requests. These are the implemented app workflows.

The current synchronous assignment and export workflow stops instead of returning a partial result when a store exceeds 200 products or 200 collections. The app tells those merchants to contact support.

No response-time or resolution-time guarantee is made. A service level must not be advertised unless an operating team and monitoring process exist to meet it.

How to contact support

Use benettimedia@gmail.com. Do not send Shopify access tokens, passwords, bank details, payment-card information, or an entire CSV unless support specifically establishes that a minimized sample is necessary. Identify the shop by its *.myshopify.com domain and the affected chart handle.

Information to include

Merchant self-service data controls

  1. Export charts and assignments. The export contains chart values and product/collection handles and is returned with Cache-Control: no-store.
  2. Remove an assignment. Open the chart and choose Unassign for each listed product or collection.
  3. Delete a chart. Export first if a copy is needed, unassign the resources, type the exact chart handle, then choose Delete chart. The server performs a fresh exhaustive assignment scan and refuses deletion unless it finds zero references. If the catalog scan is unavailable, deletion remains blocked.
  4. Uninstall the app. A verified uninstall webhook deletes the app-side Shopify sessions for that shop. Uninstall does not delete Shopify-hosted charts or assignments in the audited handler.

Privacy and data requests

Send a manual privacy or data request to benettimedia@gmail.com with the shop domain, the request type (access, correction, export, deletion, or another applicable-law request), and the minimum detail needed to identify the data. Do not include a Shopify token or password.

The app receives Shopify’s authenticated customers/data_request, customers/redact, and shop/redact webhooks. The current implementation does not query or store Shopify customer records. Chart content and assignments live in the merchant’s Shopify store. After uninstall, support must not promise it can mutate Shopify-hosted chart data on the merchant’s behalf.

The operator answers a manual privacy or data request within 30 days. The rights that apply to a given request depend on the law of the requester’s jurisdiction. Support verifies control of the relevant shop without requesting secrets.

Support-system data

Support runs on email only. There is no Size Chart ticket system, chat widget, or support database. A message sent to benettimedia@gmail.com is stored in that Google-operated mailbox, is readable only by Benetti Corporation, and is retained until the operator deletes it. A sender may ask for their support correspondence to be deleted using the same address. The app itself neither reads nor writes that mailbox: no code path in Size Chart connects to it.
